Post Moratorium Open Day

As part of our initiative and commitment to assist customers affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, several of our branches and Hire Purchase hubs will be operating on Saturdays to facilitate customers to personally apply for Post-Moratorium Payment Assistance. Further information as follows:

Supporting documents to bring:
Targeted Moratorium Extension (deferment of payment until Dec 2020)
  • Letter of termination of employment /contract in 2020
Financial Assistance Instalment Relief Program (deferment of payment & R&R)

1. Salary earner
  • i-Akaun (EPF statement) with details of monthly contribution; or
  • Two (2) month salary slip – before & after salary deduction; or
  • Letter from employer on salary cut/no pay leave, or
  • Cancellation of work permit (who is working abroad)
2. Non-salary earner (e.g. Small business operators, petty traders, hawkers)
  • Bank statement; or
  • Statutory declaration of income
3. Non-individual
  • Latest six (6) months bank statement; or
  • *Interim financial statements/management accounts.
*Optional for Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)
